Smoked Meat Salad

Here is the delicious smoked meat salad recipe that is my weakness(love) in foods. I really love this recipe and make it twice a week. I recommend you guys to try it atleast once and you will never leave it again. Follow the steps below one by one and try it today at home. (Don’t forget to try Beetroot Salad with Green Peas)


  • Meat ham 0.23 kilos
  • Boiled quail egg – 10 pcs.
  • Cucumbers very small 0.5 pcs
  • Fresh tomatoes 3 pcs
  • Boiled white cabbage – 6 pcs.
  • Boiled small carrots – 5.5 pcs.
  • Raw green onion – 6 pcs.
  • Additionally – soy meat – 0.42 kilograms
  • Fruit: apricot – 0.29 kilograms
  • Friborg cheese – 0.37 kilos
  • Fresh colored salad – 300 GR.
  • Canned mussels – 220 gr.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Wash the cucumbers and nuts carefully, then it is recommended to cut the tomato into four parts. And then we take up the shredder.
  2. Coarsely chop the fish into pieces and grind the pepper and onion.
  3. Grate other products randomly.
  4. Wash duck or goose meat in clean water, dry and then dip in sunflower oil, and then pass through the combine and mix next to the rest of the products.


Before serving, prepare a tray or other dishes on which we place the greens from the side. And on the other side of the plate we lay the radish cut into strips. Then put the meat, tomatoes and cheese into sockets separately. And spread the carrots and onions on top.


Season the salad with pumpkin oil, add sugar and ginger. Then add to the taste of alcohol.


We bring the cooked salad to the table at room temperature. Before serving, put the branches of dill.

Good to Know:

The main dish is folded in the center of the plate and around is a side dish of potatoes so that it does not protrude beyond the edges of the plate.
