Salad Colored Stripes

Today I am going to share you guys a Salad that you had never listen of. A beautiful and yummy salad colored stripes salad that you are going to love eating. Please follow the steps below to make it right now. (Have you ever tried Mushroom Salad Moldova?)


Beef ham 280 grams
Boiled egg – 2 pcs.
Pickled cucumbers 0.5 pcs.
Tomatoes black prince 8.5 pcs
Fresh large carrot – 130 GR.
Small shallow beam – 6.5 pcs.
Canned Olives – 60 grams
Smoked Crimean barbel fish or perch 0.35 KG.
Fruits: rosehip – 0.46 kilograms
Cancoyot cheese – 0.28 kilograms
Multi-colored salad – 0.3 kg.
Boiled wild rice – 315 gr.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Wash cabbage and greens thoroughly, after which all vegetables should be peeled. And then we start cutting them.
  2. Coarsely chop the sausage and carrot, and finely chop the nuts and peppers.
  3. The last part of the salad is not easy to break.
  4. Wash pork meat and fruit in boiled water, wipe with a gauze and scald in brine, then pass through a meat grinder and mix everything with the remaining ingredients.


Before mixing, prepare a plate or other utensil on which we put grapes on chopped rings on one side. And on the opposite side of the dishes we add the onion cut into slices.
Next, we put the meat, herbs and vegetables in a deep bowl, mixed together. And on top lay the feathers of onions and garlic.


Grease the salad with mayonnaise and herbs, add sugar and black pepper. Next, add some cognac.


Serve the salad warm on the table. After cooking, we lay out the branches of dill on plates.
