Hi, I’m Beth. Local grazer ~ lover of food, wine and farmers’ markets ~ modifier of recipes ~ table sharer.

I have a kitchen affliction. Mostly, this means I peruse magazines and so forth for inspiration and recipes, which I promptly ignore or use as broad guidelines for my own concoctions. You’ll find those doctored recipes here (with credit where credit is due to the original creators), along with food-related ramblings. If you care to muse (or read musings) about food and its cousins wine and hospitality, pull up a chair!
By day, I work in marketing, strategy, PR and communication for the Velocity retail marketing agency of Kendal King Group. I also blog over at The Little Magpie and Magpie Marketing, and I write frequently about food, wine, travel and Arkansas – my full portfolio is available here.
I’m pretty fortunate to write about, consume and daydream about food on a pretty regular basis.
While most humans are made up of about 50% water, I’m probably closer to 60% red wine and 30% coffee. Looking forward to connecting!
